The rooms at this hotel are mind-blowingly spacious with a breathtaking balcony view of the pools. The cleaning staff is super attentive, taking care of everything from emptying our trash cans to changing our towels upon request. The

The plates and cutlery were unfortunately very dirty at breakfast. Partly with food leftovers stuck on. What a pity.

This place is an amazing hotel located in a great spot near a shopping area and not too far from the beach.

1) had to wait 2 hours for room even though hotel was empty. 2) TV didn't work. Had to wait 1 hour while TV was replaced and then 2nd TV was fixed. 3) A/C didn't work. 4) Jacuzzi was cold - didn't 

This place is glamorous and excellently located by the Black Sea Riviera, with exceptional services, friendly staff, and a variety of delicious meals available.

Star rating does not guarantee a good hotel. We stay at Barcelo promoted as a 5 star hotel but is not even a 3 star. Service at the reception is very poor. Lady in charge is very roud. Barcelo looks good outside that's it. Rooms are terrible. King bed is made from 2 single beds. They give you 2 small blankets too. Phones in the room are not working. When we complain they sad that they activated them only when they need to call. There was not room service menu in the rooms. We have one after we ask 3 times for it. It's all inclusive hotel but they don't have even a bottle water in the rooms. To take a shower you need to touch the walls with your body. They don't have WiFi. We left early just because of the bad experience. All what I can say don't stay in Barcelo if you are looking for 5 star hotel.

I was positively surprised by the central location of the hotel, right in the heart of all the action. The huge shopping mall located under the hotel is definitely a plus, and the beach is just a short stroll

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Sunny Beach. The hotel had great facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The room was spacious and clean, with clean towels provided daily. The all-inclusive meals

The hotel lost my reservation and I had to wait some time to get the room. The dishes in the apartment in the kitchen were dirty. The room was definitely not 5 star. Although it is located not far from the beach, it has no beach facilities of its own - you have to pay for the deckchairs and umbrella.

Spotless, family-run hotel with excellent location on shopping mall. A wide range of options, nice food.
